My house was built using Hardie Board siding in 2005 and we have had delaminating issues where the freeze thaw cycle is most prevalent. Our house is located in Baldwinsville, NY. We had to have repairs done in 2009 and now 2013 we have issues in the exact same area that was repaired in 2009. Now we are going to file suit since the cost and frequency of the repairs is unacceptable.
